When I opened the bag and saw the twisty OP grade, a flavour memory jumped into my consciousness. Dissing the bias that came from cupping lots of these, I cleared my head, my nose and my palate and took the inaugural slurp. Clean, very Ceylon, chestnut and floral, medium to light body with crisp tannins. I was loving it. If you know and like great Sri Lankan teas, this will please you a lot.
