We think this is one of the best from the Flora and Fauna range and quite an early release from 2004. A solid and savoury coastal Highland malt and like the Highland wild cat on the label rarely seen in the wild! Nose: roast beef and honey mustard, savoury marmite like notes, forest floor mushrooms, nut roast, waxy citrus, quince jelly. Palate: Savoury
