Dancing Water North Canterbury Pinot Noir Blanc 2023 Right Bank foreboding fruit from McLaren workingThe 2023 Pinot Noir Blanc is a first for us at Dancing Water. Fully ripe Pinot Noir was hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, then the juice was settled, racked and tank fermented with an aromatic yeast strain. The wine was bottled early to capture as much freshness as possible. The resulting wine is an absolute delight. It has the faintest pink tint which draws you to the glass. Aromatically, is possesses a wonderful strawberries and cream aroma
