醸造方法：ブドウは除梗して約8時間、12～14℃にてマセレーション、その後破砕。ソフトプレスの後、モストはデカンタージュにより清澄されます。温度管理されたフレンチオークの小樽で発酵、そのままシュールリーで約10ヶ月間熟成します。最低2ヶ月間瓶熟成。
