Bariletto Barrel Aged Old Fashioned 100mL 23rd Street fruitcake and light smoke’All our bottled Old Fashioned is handcrafted in 50 litre oak barrels that have a heavy char. We are very selective with the barrels we use, they are all handmade by Coopers in Eastern Europe who have been producing barrels since 1932. Before the ageing process can begin, the barrel is prepared and seasoned. It then takes many weeks until the barrel is ready for our Old Fashioned mix that contains premium bourbon, a blend of bitters and simple syrup.
