Textured and dry, the wine has roasted almond flavours mingling with fresh thyme, wild fennel, and cinnamon. This multi layered Pinot Gris is opulent yet clean and juicy with fresh acidity. Great balance and a waxy mouthfeel are complimented by a beautiful lemonade type texture. The phoenix is an immortal bird associated with Greek mythology.
