IPA - 4-pk of "Observation (Strata)" tall cans glass The name of this beer"Observation" is our single hop series where we keep everything the same in the base beer and only change the dry hop. This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend. For this batch, we are highlighting Strata hops from Hops Connect Canada. It's a collaboration with @hopsconnect and @yeastcanada using their finest Strata and a yeast designed to drive tropical, fruity esters.
