ブドウ品種：モンテプルチアーノ50%、アリアニコ50%

醸造方法：海抜430mの単一畑（10ha）。10月の初旬から中旬にかけて手摘みで収穫。16-18℃に保たれたステンレスタンク内で発酵。定期的にバトナージュしながらステンレスタンクで12ヵ月熟成、瓶内で最低3ヶ月間熟成します。
