Hombo Shuzo Arawaza Sakurajima Shochu 720mL C'est Nous this Gin is Citrus forwardSekiya Brewery Co Ltd, producing Sake under the brand name Houraisen, was established in 1864 in the Prefecture of Aichi, about halfway between Tokyo and Osaka. Umeshu is produced by infusing Ume fruit with Shochu. For sweetness, brown sugar and honey is used in this Umeshu. It has chocolate and toffee and caramel character. Texture is rich with gentle bitterness. It is sweet with complex flavour.
