Karamu Barrelworks Red 375mL Vintage 5% ABV / 6x330mLInspired by the great Flanders Red ales of Belgium, this beer is brewed with a grist of pale, Munich, and dark malts to create a rich character with notes of roasted malt and dark fruit. Following primary fermentation, it is transferred to used Syrah wine barrels, where a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria slowly transforms the beer over many months. Time in oak develops layers of bright acidity, red berries, cherry, plum, subtle oak, and vinous
