Payne 201 Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #5 6'4" The tip sections are distinguishedAn excellent E. F. Payne model 201 fly rod, 8', 3pc, 2 tip. A 1950's era build with finial ferrule plugs. Medium fast action for a #5 line. The rod has been restored with a combination of some sections having been re dipped and others having been rubbed out. The butt has a few residual spots of minor alligatoring but the midsection has had a nicely done dip over. One tip is perfect, the other mostly so, with a few small matte areas left over from the
