The three frosted glass tubes which are seperated by a strip of polished chromed metal are suspended onto the white lacquered metal frame. Each tube has a single hole drilled into it which easily hook onto the frame. The frame shows areas of age related rust and one of the metal strips isn't attached at the bottom to the frame.
