In good condition overall -  there are several tiny holes to the upper bodice & 1 to the hem (all circled)

It opens all the way down the front

In very good condition overall - there is very light wear around the neck - a little bit of broken stitching on the left pocket (arrowed) - a tiny worn spot on the back right shoulder (arrowed) - one cuff button is coming loose

Vintage 1940s Mens Tweed Top Coat Overcoat Blue Check L 42" CC41 In good condition overall -A vintage 1940s or early 1950s Canadian topcoat, made (or retailed) by 'Irish Tweeds Ltd.' from a suiting weight wool tweed in dark navy & natural micro check with bold mid blue overchecks. Cut in an easy fitting, slip on style, single breasted with broad notch lapels, quite lightly padded shoulders, 2 lower patch pockets with generous flaps. Part lined with blue grey satin rayon fabric, with 1 inside breast pocket. Please study the photographs
