Some also fit older Irish tension wheels: The standard Irish Tension flyer comes in lacquered and unlacquered styles, with sliding guides or hooks. The flyer has a 13 mm orifice. These flyers are suitable for all Irish tension spinning wheels except the S70, S71, and S90. For older spinning wheels with whorls on both sides (with a groove on both sides), you need the bulky flyer or art yarn
