Kernel Biere de Saison Small Damson Citra 4.8% (750ml) 4 pack lightly filteredLast season's Damson Saison was packed a couple of months ago, but the good folk at The Kernel ran more saison back onto the spent fruit for a second extraction. Then it was dry hopped with Citra. So the fruit character of the beer is lower, obviously, but the Citra compensates aromatically it is amazing completely pink guava. Colour is a little muted. Flavour light, refreshing halo of fruit and hops. Very small batch so only one per customer, sorry.
