The oxidation on the cap and ring is about 60% of new

Built off of the Wright McGill taper which is slightly faster than the Goodwin Granger era rods

On the medium side of medium fast action unlike his later rods which are super fast action

Dana did not make the blanks but acquired them from a customer (who acquired them from Bob Corsetti) and then Dana finished the rod with his masterful touches

Black anodized with an adjustable disc drag. Excellent used condition with a few minor signs of use but very clean overall. Serial #M951792 and made in the USA. No pouch.
