I painted the original Florida Still Waters Run Deep over the nautical chart of the Straits of Florida using thin washes of acrylic paints to allow the place names to show through including south Florida

Raised copper metal is used on the horizon line to make it look like the original

Moonlight Serenade is a one of a kind hand embellished reproduction using our raised  “Molten Metals” process

Michele and I did the Madison Art Show a couple of times and visited their families lake cottage near Eau Claire so that was my inspiration for the three Wisconsin map paintings

Arizona Minimalist Sunset (photo print) Night Scene I painted the original FloridaThe original Arizona Minimalist Sunset was painted on a folding road map of Arizona. It was the one of the first two Arizona map paintings. I painted it using thinned down acrylic paints to allow the map to show through. I incorporated a lot of metallic paints in this piece to try and capture some of the the brilliant sunsets I've seen in this beautiful state. Honestly it's one of those paintings I wish I'd kept. I remember selling it to a young woman
