R.L. Winston Bamboo Rod SF era 8' 2/1 #5 8'2" leaving a nice bright patinaFor sale here is a SF era Winston Rod Co. bamboo rod 8' 2 1 for a DT5. Serial #8329 made in 1959 by Doug Merrick and Gary Howells. 3 3 4 oz. scripted weight; actual weight is 3 5 8 oz. The rod is in excellent restored condition. Glenn Brackett did the restoration in 2014 retaining all of the original components and script. The rod is full length and straight. Straw colored cane with champagne colored wraps and burgundy tipping at the winding check,
