Late 19th Century Billiards Room Clawfoot Settle Griswold knife marksAntique leather and mahogany bench style sofa (settle) with tufted upholstery. This piece features a carved mahogany frame with scrolled armrests. The backrest is made up of deep button tufts and the leather is affixed to the frame with a nailhead trim. The settle sits on two carved, cabriole clawfoot legs in the front and two curved, but less ornate, legs in the back. Also available in our collection is a chair of similar design, SKU 10237.
