Garelli VIP 3V pwk If the cylinder is prettyGarelli VIP 3v fresh from northern Italy. This is a 3 speed, manual shift Garelli. It uses a left hand grip shift to change gears. The left lever does double duty as clutch and shifter. The right side is throttle and front brake like a normal moped. The rear brake is actuated by a left side foot lever which is positioned in front of the kick start lever. Pretty decent looking example of a rare bike.
