Bird Cage Clock strobe This vintage tin penguin toyc. 1910s 1920s; Kaiser Uhrenfabrik Villingen Schwenningen, Germany Orbital bird cage clock constructed of brass with a built in alarm. The small bird figure acts as the secondhand and rocks side to side.
