Rackwick Shepherds Delight Mittens wilsons-of-westray Finely knitThese pull on mittens have been designed by Judith Glue and the colours and textures have been influenced by a red sky at night called Shepherds Delight here in the Northern Islands. We always say if you see a red sky in the evening it is a sign of good weather the next day which is good for herding your flock. They are beautifully made in Orkney by one of Judith's experienced knitters based in their own home. This traditional Fair Isle pattern is
