Anyone familiar with the highway going west toward Vail, Colorado, drives past this location. In my interpretation the condominiums at the far side of the water do not appear. I emphasis shifts to the wildflowers in the foreground that catch the warm light which contrasts the cold blue mountain in the background. I painted a small oil
