The majority of the original leaded finish (and lacquer) remains. The adjustable check is nice and strong and the milled tension screw works as intended. Gear teeth remain sharp. Ebonite handle spins freely. The ribbed brass foot is full length and unmolested. No cracks, chips, dings. A fine example!
