Made in 2013 and finished out by Larry Kenney. The rod is in excellent condition having been fished sparingly and cared for well. Larry Kenney worked for many years at the Scott Rod Co. and contributed to many of their innovations over the years. The rod features a maroon sanded glass blank with matching wraps and pale gold tipping at the winding check, ferrules, and tip tops.
