The crankshaft is seized in place and will need replacement or rebuild. Internal condition is unknown. Missing the top end and kickstart lever. This is a cable twist shift manual engine. We are not sure how many gears this engine is. The shift rocker on the bottom of the engine does move but we can not get it to click through the gears. Sold AS IS. No Returns
