It has a provincial feel to it, its been professionally made but we think by a small, working jeweller sometime in the mid to late 18th century. We always called this one "the farmers wife's necklace" as it has flowers and corn cobs amongst the most delicate gold work there's certainly a lot of symbolism here that you could have fun deciphering!
