Virevolte 2009 300cl vinified in terracotta amphora (220L)In the Coteaux du Layon, on schist terroir, a parcel of old Chenin vines that was part of Olivier Cousin's estate before being entrusted, for a few vintages, to the young Galle Berriau. Typical of Chenin's expressive potential, depending on the terroir and the climate of each vintage, this is a white with hints of petrol and flint, with a honey notes balanced by electric acidity.
