Mâcon-Cruzille 2012 Styrie with a complexity marked byGamays du Clos supplemented by the first Gamays from the replanting of Chassagnes, a historic plot at the top of the hillside on limestone soil, cleared and reclaimed in the 2000s. A red initially marked by a smoky mineral reduction (and therefore needs to be aerated) but also by a slightly pinotante evolving note, with a freshness maintained by the tonicity of the fine acidity.
