Palissandre Capacity:75 cl Its balanced structure and finesseThis Crmant is made from 20 to 25 year old Chardonnay vines grown in deep clay limestone soil, which imparts a beautiful minerality to the wine. Hand harvested grapes and aging in oak barrels for eight months, followed by at least 24 months on the lees, enrich its texture and complexity. The absence of sulfites and dosage after disgorgement preserves the authenticity of the flavors, resulting in a pure and expressive wine.
